The vintage motorcycle scene in Austin has a long way to go, but there are a few sure signs that it's getting a lot closer. It's only a matter of time, with a few of us trying to get people out and involved things are already looking better. One such way we're trying to get people involved is the East Side Classic, a fundraising motorcycle rally which I've posted about already. By the way, the event is on the 19th of this month in east Austin so if you're from anywhere near Austin, come down! You can find out more, here...
www.eastsideclassicaustin.comAnother way is the motorcycle movie night that my friends Russ and John put together. These movie nights take place at various outdoor locations around the city and play only the coolest and/or cheesiest moto related movies we can get our hands on. The last one showed a documentary about Evel Knievel, which is unquestionably cool.
All this for the scene.
